Accommodation in Kabul
Mustafa Hotel (Linda Mazur)
The Intercontinental was once the best hotel in Kabul and is now in the process of renovating its rooms. It has Internet access. The Kabul Hotel is being renovated by the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) and it will eventually include conference facilities. In Wazir Akbar Khan District there are numerous guest houses. In Passport Lane the Gandamak, with Internet connection, is run by a BBC photographer. The Mustafa Hotel (pictured above) in Chari Sadarat has daily, weekly and monthly rates and an Internet connection. Park Residence at Chari Ansari has Internet access and also offers numerous other services. Small guest houses are springing up everywhere in preparation for the tourists the Afghans hope will come.
