The Department of Inspection of the Ministry of Commerce is responsible for implementing, auditing and monitoring Party policies and the rules and regulations of the government in the field of trade inspection and for monitoring the activities of Ministry departments, government agencies and private companies throughout the country in accordance with these policies, rules and regulations; and for studying and researching government policies, rules and regulations with a view to their continued development.
