SARBICA is the South East Asian branch of the the International Council of Archives (ICA), which was established to further the aims of ICA and to strengthen co-operation within the South East Asian region. SARBICA is responsible for carrying out the policy and programmes of ICA in this region, where these are relevant to SARBICA members.
