The Organisation and Personnel Department of the Ministry is responsible on behalf of the Minister for the personnel establishment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It monitors the observation of existing personnel policies, issues policy guidelines to employees of the Ministry, co-ordinates in-service training for staff, and plays a role in ideological and political education.
