Also known as the Military Region 7 Museum (Bảo Tàng Quân Khu 7), this army museum presents the history and development of Military Zone 7, which embraces Hồ Chí Minh City and Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu, Bình Dương, Bình Phước, Đồng Nai, Lâm Đồng, Long An, Ninh Thuận and Tây Ninh Provinces. It contains displays of arms, ammunition, military uniforms and a range of photographs and art works illustrating the course of the resistance wars against France and the United States. Outside there is a small selection of armoured vehicles, including tanks, personnel carriers and artillery pieces.
