 Located in the village of Thanh Toàn, Thủy Thanh Hamlet, Hương Thủy District, this is one of only a few arched, covered wooden bridges left in Việt Nam, another important example being the Japanese bridge in Hội An. The bridge was originally constructed in 1776 using funds donated by a local benefactor named Mrs Trần Thị Ðạo of Thanh Thủy Chánh village. It is made up of seven sections, the central section being reserved for worship. Thanh Toàn Wooden Bridge has been reconstructed several times.
