Established in 1993, the Việt Nam International Film Festival is an important showcase for feature films from different countries of the world. Organised by the Cinema Department of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in conjunction with foreign embassies and consulates, the festival is now presented at the Cinema Club, 51 Trần Hưng Đạo, and the National Film Centre, 87 Láng Hạ.
