The North West Region Secondary School of Culture and Arts offers secondary vocational training in a range of cultural subjects. Students are drawn predominantly from the ethnic minority communities of the North West and some ethnic minority art forms are included in the syllabus. The school’s syllabus is designed to permit gifted students to continue their studies at tertiary level in any of the country’s arts and culture colleges and universities.
