The Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) is a government agency responsible for the management of the state administrative apparatus, including organisation of local administrations, administrative land borders, cadres and public servants, associations and non-governmental organisations and state records and archives. MOHA also exercises the state management function over related public services and control over, on behalf of the government, state capital in state-owned enterprises managed by the Ministry as stipulated by law.
