The Cambodia Japan-Co-operation Centre (CJCC) was established in 2006 on Campus 1 of the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). Its goals include human resource development for promoting market-oriented economic reform in Cambodia, and the promotion of friendship between Cambodia and Japan. The Centre organises Human Resource Development and Japanese Language courses to promote market-oriented economic reform and mutual understanding, and implements Exchange Programmes and other activities aimed at promoting mutual understanding.
