 Opened in 1992, Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Nature and Human Activities aims to help Prefecture Hyogo residents and others to appreciate the beauty and dignity of the natural environment. Here visitors can enjoy unique exhibits and educational programmes about nature and human life. The museum houses extensive collections of geological and biological specimens, as well as photographs, prints and recordings. Its herbarium is also listed in Index Herbariorum. |
