The Lyceum is used for events and meetings, and provides a base for cultural and art-related activities within the municipality. Its main facilities include a 1,412-seat Large Hall with the latest in stage, sound and lighting systems, a 376-seat Small Hall, a Rehearsal Room, Exhibition Rooms for drawings, calligraphy, flower arrangements, and other art, Japanese-style rooms that can be used for Japanese dancing, folk songs, and tanka gatherings, and large and small conference rooms. There is also a restaurant on the 4th floor where visitors can enjoy a meal and views of the scenery around the Lyceum.
