Story Puppet Caravan was created by National Library Director Kongdeuane Nettavongs in suport of the National Reading Promotion for Children and Young People Project. Led by Mrs Kongdeuane herself and made up entirely of members of National Library staff, the troupe performs stories written by Mrs Kongdeuane whuch are also published in book form with illustrations by a member of staff of the National Faculty of Fine Arts and distributed at each performance.
