Postojna Youth Centre (MC Postojna) was registered as Postojna Youth Centre Union of Associations, a non-for-profit youth organisation which comprises three organisations: a venue MKDC Postojna at Kosovelova Street, Student Club of Postojna and Pivka, and Skytower Club. The Centre organises concerts, theatre performances, lectures, exhibitions, video screenings, workshops and children programme.
The MKDC venue (originally called Youth Cultural Work Centre) was established in the late 1980s with a focus on the heavy metal scene, today the MKDC Postojna also includes jazz concerts in its programme. It co-organises the Trnje Festival in partnership with Pivka House of Culture, and participates as one of the venues of Klubski maraton (Radio Študent).
