Established by the Students' Club of Postojna and Pivka Municipalities, Pivka House of Culture is a public institution which aims to stimulate and develop cultural activities for youth. It presents a wide range of activities including music, theatre, film, visual arts and multimedia. It also incorporates a youth culture club.
It co-organises the Trnje Festival in partnership with Postojna Youth Centre:
