The Library of the University of Nova Gorica was founded in 1998 when the University was still a polytechnic. The only higher educational library in the North Primorska region, its collection comprise 1,700 volumes and 45 periodicals titles, plus theses and dissertations. A bibliography of scientists and lecturers has been prepared. The collection is searchable via the COBISS - Slovene Virtual Library system. The databases of Cambridge University Press and EIFL direct can be accessed via the library’s computers.
