Murska Sobota Regional and Study Library functions as the regional library for Pomurje (Mura River) Region. This 4,000 square-metre library incorporates a 120-seat reading room and functions both as a classical library and as a multimedia information centre for the school population and other communities (also Hungarian) living in Murska Sobota Urban Municipality and Pomurje Region..
