Dekleva Gregorič Arhitekti was set up in 2003 by Aljoša Dekleva (b 1972) and Tina Gregorič (b 1974) after they had taken Master degrees at the Architectural Association in London. While in the UK they co-founded the international architects' network RAMTV (http://www.ramtv.org), whose master thesis on mass-customisation of housing entitled Negotiate my boundary! received a lot of international professional attention and was published as a book by AA Publications, London and by Birkhauser, Basle. Their explorations in generating systematic design strategies are developed in parallel with the IGuW, Technische Universitaet Graz. Since completing their international breakthrough project, the XXS House (eXtra-eXtra-Small House) in Krakovo, Ljubljana in 2004, their projects have included Housing L in Sežana in 2005 and a private residence on Maui, Hawaii in 2006, etc. Dekleva Gregorič Arhitekti have received several national and international awards, including the Silver Plate and the European Architecture Award Luigi Cosenza in 2004 and the WALLPAPER Award for best breakthrough designers in 2006.
