MCDD was established in 2003. They organise cultural, sports projects youth exchange, youth tourism and education. MCDD offers space facilities for several youth associations, music groups, choirs and nurseries covering the region of Slovenske Konjice, Zreče, Vitanje and Oplotnica. Its cultural programme includes concerts (40 up to 2007), theatre plays, exhibitions and music workshops. Each event is usually attended by up to 200 people aged between 15 and 29.
